**LRLux Perfumes Mobile App: Privacy Notice**

This notice explains how the LRLux Perfumes mobile app (com.lrlux.perfumes), operated by LRLux ("we", "us"), collects and uses information. It applies together with the rest of this Privacy Policy, which covers our website lrlux.com.
**Information we collect**
- Account information: name and email address, and your password (sent securely to our store platform; we do not store it on your device), when you create an account or sign in.
- Order information: shipping address, phone number, order history and payment details you enter at checkout. Checkout is provided by Shopify inside the app. Payment card details are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store them on your device.
- Device and notification information: a device identifier and push notification token, and a "signed in" status, used to send you notifications. Notifications are optional and you can turn them off in your device settings.
**How we use it**
To show products, process and deliver your orders, manage your account, provide customer support, and, if you allow them, send order updates and notifications.
**Who processes it**
We use Shopify (store, accounts, checkout and orders) and OneSignal (push notifications) as service providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
**Security**
Data between the app and our services is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
**Retention and deletion**
We keep account and order information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time: in the app go to My Account and tap "Delete account", or email sales@lrlux.com, or visit https://lrlux.com/pages/delete-account-android-app. We process requests within 30 days. We may keep order and billing records that the law requires us to retain.
**Children**
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
**Changes**
We may update this notice and will change the date above when we do.
