Delete Your LRLux Perfumes Account
If you created an account in the LRLux Perfumes app (com.lrlux.perfumes) or on lrlux.com, you can ask us to delete it together with your personal data.
How to request deletion:
1. In the app: go to "My Account" and tap "Delete account". An email will open, already written for you.
2. Or email sales@lrlux.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address you used to sign up.
What we delete: your customer account, your name, your email address and saved addresses, and the notification data linked to your device.
What we may keep: order and billing records that the law requires us to retain, for as long as the law requires. They are kept only for those purposes.
Timing: we process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
